The Camelot Wedding
Rachel & Trevor’s wedding was “The Camelot Wedding.” Their wedding was filled with classic beauty but with some very fun quirky, even nerdy details.
Rachel & Trevor meet on Match.com (this seems to be a very popular trend we’ve seen at the studio). They were each the first person the other had spoken to on the site and had hit it off right away.
Trevor is a true classic romantic guy. He made sure to have flowers for their first real date (after the initial meeting at Starbucks). He took Rachel to a traditional dinner and movie.
Again in classic fashion Trevor asked Rachel’s parents for permission before popping the question. Nearly a month later he set up a spa day for their anniversary. They had a room set up with three bouquets of flowers from Trevor, her favorite wine, and chocolate covered strawberries. Rachel read the cards on the flowers. The first one said, “I love you more today than I did yesterday,” and the second said, “But not as much as tomorrow.” When Rachel turned around Trevor was down on one knee.
The Wedding Day
While Rachel and Trevor love things classic and traditional they’re also true to their inner nerds. Instead of Wagner, Bach or some other traditional processional music. Rachel and Trevor decided to have the bridal party walk down the aisle to Game of Thrones. Then when Rachel came down the aisle the music changed to Star Wars! It doesn’t end there, at the reception their cake topper was also Star Wars themed. Rachel and Trevor mentioned that it all “adds in that little nerdy flair of us.”
